Electric Glo Drumsticks

Light-up, Glow-in-the-Dark Drum Sticks

Review

A unique new novelty item for drummers, Electro Glo Sticks are similar to typical glow-in-the-dark drumsticks except that they really light up! They have batteries in the base of each stick that power light-emitting diodes (LED's) fired by sensitive triggers. These triggers are "extremely" sensitive (think of the popular kid's tennis shoes that light up when you walk). While the brilliant light doesn't travel as far up the shaft as we would have liked, they're still quite effective in a dark or dimly lit room. We found that if you want more light, you can simpy turn them over and play with the butt end up (rockers have been doing this for years). This gives you a full force of spectacular, electric color!

The colored drumsticks are made of Lexan®, a heat-resistant plastic widely used in today's business equipment and automobile products. It's tough construction offers great durability and they're perfect for novelty songs or showcasing a drum solo. (Or they can simply be a really cool toy for youngsters*.)

Electro Glo Drumsticks are an exciting new invention. At about 14" long, they come in 3 colors: UV Red (more of a pinkish color), UV Blue, and UV Yellow. The batteries are included and are easily replaceable by unscrewing the round base and inserting fresh ones. Suitable for amateurs and professionals, these cool drumsticks are sure to add some "spark" to an otherwise boring performance.
